Teaching is not everybody’s cup of tea. As teachers, we must step into the shoes of our students so that we can truly understand their feelings, challenges, and problems. Only then can we guide them effectively. To me, teaching is not merely a profession — it is a noble mission and a sacred responsibility.

Today, it fills me with immense pride to see my students shining across different parts of the state and the nation — serving as teachers, agriculture officers, doctors, engineers, bank officers, and in several other distinguished roles in both government and private sectors.

Their achievements are the greatest treasures of my teaching career.

The greatest reward for a teacher is to witness the success and happiness of his students — and I am blessed to experience that joy.

My heartfelt blessings to all my students — may they continue to rise higher, become role models in society, and contribute meaningfully to the progress of our nation.

ನಾನು ಧಾರವಾಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳೆದ 27 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾಗಿ ನಿಷ್ಠೆಯಿಂದ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಈ ದೀರ್ಘ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಪಯಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಸ್ಪರ್ಶಿಸಿ, ಅವರಿಗೆ ದಾರಿದೀಪವಾಗುವ ಅವಕಾಶ ನನಗೆ ದೊರೆತಿದೆ.

ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಧ್ಯೇಯ ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಪಾಠಕ್ಕೆ ಸೀಮಿತವಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಸ್ತು, ಪರಿಶ್ರಮ, ನೈತಿಕ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳು, ಮಾನವೀಯತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸವನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸುವುದು ನನ್ನ ನಿಜವಾದ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಶಿಕ್ಷಕತ್ವವೆಂಬುದು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುವ ಕೆಲಸವಲ್ಲ — ಅದು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರ “ಕಪ್ ಆಫ್ ಟೀ” ಅಲ್ಲ.

ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾದ ನಾವು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಮನಸ್ಸು, ಭಾವನೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅವರ ಪಾದರಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದು ನೋಡಬೇಕು. ಅಂದಾಗ ಮಾತ್ರ ನಾವು ಅವರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಜವಾಗಿ ಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ, ಅವರಿಗೆ ನೆರವಾಗಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ.

ನನಗೆ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕತ್ವವು ಒಂದು ಪವಿತ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಹಾನ್ ವೃತ್ತಿ.

ಇಂದು ನನ್ನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ವಿವಿಧ ಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ — ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು, ಕೃಷಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ವೈದ್ಯರು, ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ಗಳು, ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಅನೇಕ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ನನಗೆ ಅಪಾರ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಅವರ ಸಾಧನೆಗಳು ನನ್ನ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಜೀವನದ ನಿಜವಾದ ಸಂಪತ್ತಾಗಿವೆ.

ಶಿಕ್ಷಕನಾಗಿ, ನನ್ನ ಶ್ರಮದಿಂದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗುವುದನ್ನು ನೋಡುವುದೇ ನನ್ನ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಗೌರವ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂತೋಷವಾಗಿದೆ.

ನನ್ನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದಗಳು — ಅವರು ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಇನ್ನೂ ಎತ್ತರಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಲಿ, ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾದರಿಯಾಗಲಿ, ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಗತಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡಲಿ.

Dear Director, Teachers, Staff, and Students Parents,

गुरुर्ब्रह्मा गुरुर्विष्णुः गुरुर्देवो महेश्वरः। गुरु: साक्षात् परं ब्रह्म तस्मै श्रीगुरवे नमः॥

ಅರ್ಥ (Meaning in Kannada): ಗುರು ಎಂದರೆ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮನಂತೆ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುವವರು, ವಿಷ್ಣುವಿನಂತೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಪೋಷಿಸುವವರು, ಮಹೇಶ್ವರನಂತೆ ಅಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡುವವರು. ಗುರು ಸాక్షಾತ್ ಪರಬ್ರಹ್ಮನ ಸ್ವರೂಪ. ಅಂತಹ ಗುರುವರಿಗೆ ನಾನು ನಮನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ.

The Guru is verily the Creator Brahma, the Preserver Vishnu, and the Destroyer Shiva.

The Guru is indeed the Supreme Being — I bow down with reverence to that divine teacher.

It gives me immense pleasure to note that MASTER STROKE Coaching Center is being efficiently managed under the able leadership of the Director Shri Praveen Sir the brother of my student Shri Vinay Sir and with the wholehearted support of my student, who is an excellent and dedicated Maths teacher.

It is a matter of great pride that the institution has achieved 99.36% results three times in the SSLC examinations, reflecting the high standards of teaching and the sincere efforts of the entire team. As a teacher, it is both my duty and privilege to wholeheartedly support and appreciate such remarkable achievements.

As the proverb says, “Slow and steady wins the race.” This reminds us that true education is a gradual process. Teachers must patiently build the foundation of knowledge in students and help them rise step by step to higher levels of understanding. Genuine learning takes time, persistence, and dedication to transform a student from the basic level to excellence.

Students are not inherently dull; however, if a teacher labels them as such, they may begin to believe it, which can negatively affect their progress. Therefore, one of the greatest qualities of a teacher is the ability to motivate students and help them realize that they are intelligent and capable of success.

As Swami Vivekananda beautifully said, “Education is the manifestation of the perfection already in man.” This means education is not merely the accumulation of facts but the process of bringing out the knowledge, potential, and divinity already present within each person. It is a noble process of man-making, life-building, and character-making that leads to self-confidence, spiritual awareness, and the fullest development of one’s personality.

The commitment, discipline, and teamwork displayed by the management, staff, and students are truly commendable.
